Islam is one of the religions that have very rapid population growth in the current era, and it is also one of the religions that have a massive number of adherents in the current era. The method used in this study was a bibliometric and descriptive evaluative analysis, wherein data was collected by using the Publish or Perish application, and then processed with VOSviewer application software. Islam was highly developed, and many pioneer scientists in numerous fields arose from it. However, the present difficulty that the Islamic religion must face is how strong Islam is in the worldwide world today. If we talk about strength today, it is not just quantity but quality. Indeed, Islam is one of the largest religions in the world, but if we look at the condition of countries with a Muslim majority, of course, they have not yet fully united to move forward, so their solidity is in question. This study was conducted using bibliometric and descriptive evaluative analysis methods. In this journal, the author explains the challenges of solidity in the Islamic world at the international level.
2022-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Sukrasana: Journal Social and Political Review https://www.journal.mengeja.id/index.php/sukrasana/article/view/54 Migrant and Ethnic Malay Marginalization in Tanjung Putus Village, Langkat Regency, Sumatra Province, Indonesia 2022-03-03T18:04:44+00:00 Hapri Wannazemi nazemihapriwan@gmail.com Hidayat h.amsani1718@gmail.com Ibnu Hajar ibnuhajardamanik@gmail.com
The purpose of this study is to describe the migration of migrants to Tanjung Putus Village, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province, which has an impact on the marginalization of the indigenous population. The local government seems to support the marginalization of the indigenous people, namely, Malays who come from the coast of Sumatra. This study uses ethnographic research, meaning that the researcher will act as an anthropologist to find and describe the factors of migration and the efforts of the Malay community to maintain their identity. Data was collected using observation, interview data, and document study. Marginalization implies differences in rights and obligations that are socially formed. The marginalization of ethnic Malays forms social patterns manifested in the attitudes and behaviors they embody in their daily lives, and these conditions will be very vulnerable to conflict.
2022-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Sukrasana: Journal Social and Political Review https://www.journal.mengeja.id/index.php/sukrasana/article/view/64 Muslims Solidity and Its Obstacles 2022-04-29T14:13:48+00:00 Yacob Mechrian Mandabayan yacob.mandabayan@students.paramadina.ac.id
The strength of Muslim solidity in the world, especially in the Middle East, is lacking. This study seeks to answer how SSC cooperation in this decade can impact the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach and an interactive method as an analytical tool to answer this. The SSC program within the framework of achieving the SDGs for a decade is divided into four broad categories, including people (SDG 1-5), prosperity (SDG 6-10), planet (11-15), peace, and partnership (SDG 16-17). The development for a decade of SSC will be the development of SSC in the future. As of May 4, 2020, infectious disease has approximately 3,529,808 cases worldwide and more than 49,900 cases in Southeast Asia. On March 11, 2020, WHO declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. Thus, the emergency seen as temporary will soon become the inevitability of the new normal. In the COVID-19 outbreak, many new words spread in the community around the world. On the other hand, language is the only human property that is not accompanied by language. Language change can occur at all levels of linguistics, whether phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic, or lexicon. The pandemic gave rise to a new vocabulary used in the terminology of pandemic resolution by local governments. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical model and an interactive analysis method to analyze the data. In general, there are differences in handling the pandemic between ASEAN countries. In this case, the conditions in Indonesia and the Philippines will be explicitly described. This study will describe the measure in each of these countries.
2022-04-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Sukrasana: Journal Social and Political Review
